This route covers approximately 99 km and takes around 95-100 minutes under normal conditions. Olympos is a unique transfer destination — equal parts archaeological site, beachfront, and the famous Chimera eternal-flame site above the village. Most guests stay in the tree-house pensions on the access road or at the small hotels along Çıralı beach next door.

The D400 runs south from the airport past Kemer and Tekirova; the Olympos / Çıralı turn-off is well signposted but the final descent road is narrow and winding. Your driver knows the route and approaches the village by the correct fork — Olympos-side or Çıralı-side, depending on your pension.

Traffic is reliable on the D400 except for July-August afternoon peaks. The final winding road is unaffected by airport traffic and the descent is taken at a careful pace — the road is shared with day-trip minibuses and pedestrians near the ruins entrance.

Olympos and Çıralı are two adjacent villages with separate access roads. Your driver has the village confirmed before leaving the airport so the correct fork is taken.

Tree-house pensions in Olympos are reached on a single road through the valley; most have their own marked entrance. Çıralı's beach hotels are reached by the parallel valley road. Either way, door-to-door drop-off is the standard.

Taxis at Antalya Airport will cover the run but few will know individual pensions among the dozens of tree-house properties on the Olympos access road. A pre-booked transfer means your driver leaves the airport with the pension name and location in hand.

Many guests arrive on late evening charters and the final descent into Olympos is dark, winding, and unlit. A familiar driver makes this stretch noticeably easier than a first-time taxi negotiation.
