These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the MovXtra website and the services provided under the MovXtra brand. By accessing this website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

MovXtra provides private airport transfers, city-to-city transfers, and chauffeur-driven transportation services. The website serves as an information and reservation request platform.

All services are subject to availability. Vehicle images are representative; an equivalent vehicle within the same category may be provided when necessary.

Reservations can be made via WhatsApp, online forms, or email communication. A reservation is considered confirmed only after explicit confirmation by MovXtra.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, flight information, passenger count, and contact details.

• All prices are fixed and confirmed prior to the service.
• Payment is accepted in cash only, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• No prepayment or credit card details are required at the time of booking.

Cancellations are accepted free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

A no-show is defined as a confirmed reservation where the passenger does not arrive at the agreed pickup location and time and does not provide prior notice.

• No immediate charge will be applied.
• MovXtra reserves the right to refuse future service requests from the same customer.
• Repeated no-show behavior may result in refusal of service within our booking system.

• Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing.
• Hotel or address pickups include up to 15 minutes of free waiting time.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya.
