Antalya Airport to Göynük Canyon

Göynük Canyon cuts a narrow cleft into the Beydağları mountains behind Kemer, where a cold stream threads between sheer rock walls that close in to just a few metres wide. Visitors wade and scramble upstream through the shallows, and the surrounding nature park adds ziplines, rope bridges and shaded picnic spots — a refreshing half-day for families and active travellers escaping the summer heat.

From Antalya Airport the transfer takes around 55 minutes, following the coastal road southwest towards Kemer before turning inland to the canyon entrance. The site lies well off the main highway with limited bus links, so a private transfer makes the day effortless; your driver can wait during the visit or collect you at an agreed time.

A ticketed entrance sits at the valley mouth, with parking and a shuttle (or a short walk) up to where the canyon narrows. Sturdy sandals or water shoes are essential — the streambed is rocky and the water stays cold even in midsummer — and you will likely get wet to the knees. Most visitors spend two to three hours including the walk in and out.
