Termessos is approximately 40 minutes from Antalya Airport, northwest of the city in the Güllük Dağı (Solymos) National Park at an elevation of 1,050 metres.
Termessos is a remarkably well-preserved Pisidian city that resisted Alexander the Great. Its theatre, tombs and temples perch dramatically on a mountain ridge.
The national park entrance is off the D350 near Korkuteli. A mountain road climbs to the site car park. Good walking shoes essential for the steep paths inside.
