“We booked a private transfer with MovXtra before arriving in Turkey, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Communication via both email and WhatsApp was quick, friendly, and professional. We were a group of 14 people, and during our holiday we used their services for several transfers. The vehicle was always clean and comfortable, the driver was friendly and helpful, and every journey went perfectly. 🚐👌 There is honestly nothing we could fault. We will definitely use MovXtra again on our future trips to Antalya. Highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable, professional, and reasonably priced private transfer service in Antalya. 🙏🇹🇷”

Which vehicle comes up the lane
Access shapes this choice as much as passenger numbers do. Some Kargicak lanes take a minibus without trouble and some are better served by two smaller cars or a meeting point at the junction. Tell us the property and the party size and we will say plainly which of those applies. The price is per vehicle either way.

What matters on a departure from the far end of the coast
Distance is already in the figure
Kargicak is the last stop on this corridor and around 145 km from the terminal, which is the sort of distance a meter enjoys. Ours is not a meter. The amount is agreed when the booking is made and the length of the drive is already inside it, along with whatever the road does on the day.
The access lane is identified before departure day
Villas and small hillside hotels here are reached by individual lanes off the coastal road, many of them unlit and none of them obvious at four in the morning. We establish which lane belongs to your property when you book, not while a driver circles a dark hillside with your flight getting closer.
Gate or junction, decided in daylight
Some lanes are steep, narrow and finish with no room to turn a larger vehicle. Where that is true it is far better to know a week early and meet at the junction with the coastal road than to find out on the morning. We ask about the approach at the time of booking and the answer goes on the job.
There is nobody to ask up here at dawn
In the resort strips further west somebody is always awake. Kargicak at four in the morning has no open shop and no passing traffic to flag down, which is precisely why the arrangement is made in advance and confirmed back to you in writing.
One car, one price, cancellable
The rate covers the vehicle and everyone in it, a child seat can be added on request, payment is cash to the driver at the end, and the booking can be cancelled free up to 24 hours beforehand.
The long way west: Kargicak to Antalya Airport
Kargicak sits at the eastern end of the Alanya coastal corridor, so the whole drive runs westward: roughly 145 km, and about 140 to 165 minutes once the vehicle is on the highway. That twenty-five minute spread is traffic rather than distance, because the kilometres are fixed and what varies is how long the resort road takes to clear. Before any of that happens there is the descent from your property to the coastal road, and on the steeper lanes that first few hundred metres is taken slowly and deliberately.
The drive then reverses the corridor. Mahmutlar's blocks come first and are the densest part of the whole journey, followed by the Kestel strip, Tosmur, and the crossing at Alanya. Everything unpredictable about this route lives in that opening half hour. It is the reason a Kargicak departure is set earlier than one from a town closer to Antalya, and the reason so many guests here choose a pre-dawn collection, when the same stretch is empty.
Beyond Alanya the road finally lets go. There is a long, even section through Manavgat where the traffic thins and the driving becomes routine, and it holds up well in both directions and in most weather. Nothing here usually needs managing; it simply passes.
You never enter Antalya at all. The airport lies on the near side of the city as you come from the east, so the slip road appears while the city is still ahead. The terminal is taken from your flight number so the car stops at the correct departures level rather than the first entrance it reaches.
Collection from a Kargicak property
Properties here are spread thinly and each has its own way in from the coastal road. A hillside villa, a small hotel above the shoreline and a beach-adjacent complex can share an address in every practical sense and still need three different turns. What settles it is the exact property name plus one recognisable fixed point nearby, sent with the booking, along with a map pin if you have one. Where the lane is too narrow or too steep for the vehicle we agree a meeting point at its junction with the coastal road, and the driver walks up for the cases rather than attempting a turn he cannot complete.
Villa guests have no reception standing between them and the pickup, so the coordination is direct. Keep the number you booked with switched on and beside you, leave the outside light on so the entrance is visible from the lane, and if there is a gate say whether it is locked overnight and who holds the key. Bags at the top of a flight of steps are worth bringing down before the car arrives when the departure is an early one. Send your flight number with the booking and the collection time is planned around it and confirmed to you in advance.
What a taxi actually involves from here
There is no rank to walk to in Kargicak. A taxi called for a morning departure comes out from Mahmutlar or from Alanya, which means you are paying for an empty approach before the journey begins, and waiting through it while the clock runs. That wait, rather than the fare, is the part that goes wrong.
The vehicle that arrives is also unpredictable in size. Villa parties are often five or six people with a fortnight of luggage, and a standard car sent up a hillside lane at dawn solves nothing. On a 145 km one-way run the driver then prices the empty return into whatever gets agreed at the gate, in the dark, with no second option available to you.
A booked car removes the guesswork from all three: the vehicle is chosen for the party and the lane, the time is held for your date, and the amount was settled while you were still on holiday. It is a dull arrangement, which is the correct ambition for the last morning of a trip.
Nearby routes
Working back along the coast, the neighbouring departure pages are Mahmutlar, then Kestel and Tosmur. The arrival direction for this area is on Antalya Airport to Kargicak.
Return transfer
If the holiday has not started yet, the inbound leg is covered on Antalya Airport to Kargicak. Booking both directions in one go is worth more here than on the shorter routes, because the access lane and the vehicle size only have to be worked out once and then apply to the departure as well. Each leg is priced per vehicle and each can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before it runs.

Travellers who booked this service
“I used Movxtra for both my airport transfers in Antalya — from the airport to my hotel and then back to the airport. I was very satisfied with the service from start to finish. The website is very easy to use, with clear and fixed prices, and there is no need to pay in advance. You simply pay the driver after arriving at your destination, which I found very convenient. Their WhatsApp communication is also excellent — they respond extremely quickly. After making the booking, I recommend contacting them directly on WhatsApp, as it makes communication even faster and easier. Both drivers were punctual, professional, and friendly. The vehicles were clean, comfortable, spacious, and had good air conditioning. I would definitely recommend Movxtra, especially if you want a reliable airport transfer without having to pay upfront. The fixed price and payment upon arrival make the whole process simple and stress-free. Very good service and definitely a company I would use again!”
“Everything was great, thank you! The transfer went very smoothly, and the drivers were punctual, professional, and very kind. We really appreciated the service.”

Kargicak departures: practical questions
Tap a question to view details.
Will the car come up to my villa gate?
Where the lane allows it, yes. Some are too steep or too narrow to turn a larger vehicle, and in those cases we agree a meeting point at the junction with the coastal road when you book, and the driver walks up for your luggage.
How do you find a property with no street signs?
By settling it in advance. Send the full property name, a nearby landmark and a map pin if you have one, and the approach is confirmed before the driver leaves. Nothing is worked out on the hillside on the morning.
How long is the drive to the airport?
About 140 to 165 minutes for roughly 145 km, nearly all of it on the coastal highway. Where you fall in that band depends mostly on the first half hour, through Mahmutlar and Alanya.
What time will I be collected?
We plan the collection around your flight time, so send the flight number with the booking and the hour comes back to you confirmed. It is built from about 145 km at 140 to 165 minutes, plus the few minutes it takes to bring the vehicle down your lane to the coastal road, so expect the hour that comes back to be an early one.
Do you cover very early departures?
Yes, at any hour, every day. Pre-dawn collections are common from Kargicak precisely because the road through the resort districts is clear at that time.
How and when do I pay?
In cash to the driver when you arrive at the airport. No card is taken at booking and there is no deposit.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup. One message is enough and we confirm it back.
Is there a child seat, and can you take extra luggage?
A child seat is available on request; give the age at booking. Extra or awkward luggage is fine as long as it is declared beforehand, since it changes which vehicle we send up the lane.
