Reasons to fix the Evrenseki departure early

A long run at an amount settled beforehand

Fifty-nine kilometres west, and between 56 and 71 minutes of it depending on the hour - a spread wide enough that a meter becomes a number nobody can predict. Evrenseki pickups are settled at booking instead, and the figure does not move, whatever the westbound carriageway is doing on the morning you travel.

The fare belongs to the vehicle

Two passengers or seven, the cost does not change - what changes is which vehicle we allocate, and that is decided in advance from the people and bags you list rather than from whatever is standing free that morning.

Somebody is on duty at every hour

Distance pushes a good share of Evrenseki departures into the dark. Booking a pickup for one in the morning takes exactly the same form as booking one for midday, and the amount quoted is the amount due.

Child seats fitted before we set out

Ask for one as you book, with the age, and it travels out already fitted. Nothing along this stretch of coast hires child seats at short notice, so a request made on the morning itself is a request nobody can meet.

You pay at the end, not the beginning

No card is required to make the booking and nothing is charged up front. The driver is paid in cash on arrival at the terminal, and free cancellation stands until 24 hours before the pickup.

The 59 km west from Evrenseki

The drive out begins on a low-traffic coastal road running between olive groves and dry scrub, and at first light there is often nothing else on it at all. That opening section is the quietest part of the whole journey and it takes almost the same time whatever day of the year you go.

The variation lives further on. From roughly seven on a weekday the westbound lanes towards Antalya and Serik fill with people going to work, and in July and August the middle of the day layers resort traffic on top of that. A pre-dawn departure sits close to 56 minutes; a mid-morning one in high summer sits near 71. Nothing about the last mile explains that spread - the highway does.

Once you are on the highway it is a single continuous run west, with no town centre to pass through and no coastal detour to make. The final few minutes are the airport approach and the split between terminals, which we settle against your flight when the booking is made rather than working it out at the barrier.

The 59 km are the fixed part of the morning; the hour you are collected is the part still open, and an Evrenseki departure that leaves the track before daylight makes that hour worth settling early. Once we know the hour your flight leaves, the collection is planned around it.

Finding you in Evrenseki before daylight

The distinction worth getting right here is between the village name and the property name. Several holiday complexes and small guesthouses share a single unsurfaced track off the main road, so a pin dropped on Evrenseki lands nowhere useful and a driver arriving at the head of that track still has three or four entrances to choose between. Give the full property name when you book, plus the complex it belongs to if it sits inside one. Where an entrance carries no marking from the road - and plenty here do not - a nearby landmark is worth more than a coordinate.

Room to manoeuvre is the other practical point. A few of the tracks end without anywhere for a larger vehicle to swing round, so with a minibus the sensible arrangement is a collection point where the track meets the road: the driver stops there, rings you, and the carry with the cases is a short one. Fix that when you book rather than debating it at five in the morning. Hotels with an overnight desk can take the luggage down the evening before; guesthouses usually cannot, so allow a couple of minutes to bring it out.

Leaving Evrenseki: taxi availability against a booked vehicle

Fifty-nine kilometres is a long ride to arrange from a village with no rank of its own. In the shoulder months the car has to be called in from Side or Manavgat before it can even start towards you, and it arrives when it arrives - which is a poor position to be in with the bags already outside and a departure time to keep.

Over that distance the meter is a real number, and it is not one you know before you get in. A booked transfer replaces it with a figure agreed at the time of booking, unaffected by how slowly the highway is running on the morning you happen to travel.

The last argument is the track again. A driver who has not been told which property, on which track, and on which side of the main road, spends the first ten minutes of a dawn departure working it out. On a private transfer that has been established days earlier, in writing, by someone who was not half asleep.

Nearby routes

Evrenseki lies between Colakli and the main Side resort area. Journeys in the opposite direction are covered by the Antalya Airport to Evrenseki transfer page. The next departure point along the coast to the west is Colakli to Antalya Airport; for the wider area see the Side transfer and Gundogdu transfer pages.

Return transfer

The inbound journey has a page of its own, the Antalya Airport to Evrenseki transfer, and the two can be taken together as a return. Doing so saves repeating the description of the track: the entrance recorded for the arrival is the one the departure vehicle comes back to, at the same fixed rate in both directions.

“We booked a private transfer with MovXtra before arriving in Turkey, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Communication via both email and WhatsApp was quick, friendly, and professional. We were a group of 14 people, and during our holiday we used their services for several transfers. The vehicle was always clean and comfortable, the driver was friendly and helpful, and every journey went perfectly. 🚐👌 There is honestly nothing we could fault. We will definitely use MovXtra again on our future trips to Antalya. Highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable, professional, and reasonably priced private transfer service in Antalya. 🙏🇹🇷”

“I used Movxtra for both my airport transfers in Antalya — from the airport to my hotel and then back to the airport. I was very satisfied with the service from start to finish. The website is very easy to use, with clear and fixed prices, and there is no need to pay in advance. You simply pay the driver after arriving at your destination, which I found very convenient. Their WhatsApp communication is also excellent — they respond extremely quickly. After making the booking, I recommend contacting them directly on WhatsApp, as it makes communication even faster and easier. Both drivers were punctual, professional, and friendly. The vehicles were clean, comfortable, spacious, and had good air conditioning. I would definitely recommend Movxtra, especially if you want a reliable airport transfer without having to pay upfront. The fixed price and payment upon arrival make the whole process simple and stress-free. Very good service and definitely a company I would use again!”

Evrenseki departures - the questions that matter

Tap a question to view details.

How long does the transfer from Evrenseki to Antalya Airport take?

Between 56 and 71 minutes for around 59 km. The coastal section at the start is quiet in any season; the spread comes from the westbound highway, which fills on weekday mornings and through midsummer middays.

Where does the driver wait if my property is on a shared track?

Either at your own entrance, if the track takes the vehicle comfortably, or at the point where the track meets the main road. We agree which of the two applies at the time of booking, and the driver rings you when he is in position.

How is the collection time worked out?

You tell us when the flight leaves and we plan the collection around it, then confirm the time back to you before the day. On a route this long a good share of pickups fall in the dark, which we cover at any hour. If you would rather set off earlier than we suggest, it is booked to your time instead.

My property does not come up in map searches - will the driver still find it?

Yes, provided we have the full property name at booking rather than just the village. Complex names and guesthouse names in this area resolve poorly, which is why we ask for a landmark and the track it sits on as well.

How much luggage will fit?

As much as the vehicle we allocate holds, which is why the case count belongs on the booking. Mention pushchairs, sports gear or anything oversized so the allocation is made against the real load.

Do you have child seats?

Child and booster seats are available on request. Ask for one when you book and give the age of the child, so the correct seat is fitted before the vehicle sets out for you.

How do I pay?

You pay the driver in cash at the end of the journey. No card details are taken when you book and nothing is charged in advance. The fare is fixed when the booking is confirmed, so the amount agreed is the amount handed over.

Can I cancel if the plan changes?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Send a message on WhatsApp and we confirm it straight away - there is no form to fill in and no call centre to get through.
