Antalya Airport to Kaleiçi Old Bazaar

Kaleiçi's old harbour quarter is the historic waterfront at the foot of the old town, where the restored Roman-era marina (Yat Limanı) curves below the city walls. This was Antalya's trading port for centuries, and today its quayside is ringed with fish restaurants, cafés and gület boats; the lanes climbing back up from the water hold antique dealers and old merchants' houses, at their best in the late afternoon when the light softens over the bay.

From Antalya Airport it is around 25 minutes — a roughly 14 km drive into the centre — to the edge of the old town above the harbour. As the quarter is pedestrian-only, a private transfer sets you down at the nearest gate: the Yat Limanı parking area and Karaalioğlu Park are the closest approaches to the harbour side. We confirm the exact drop-off point before you arrive so the handover is quick.

Down at the water everything is explored on foot, on cobbled lanes and stepped alleys that can be steep between the harbour and the streets above — comfortable shoes matter here. The quayside restaurants and cafés stay open late, particularly lively at sunset and into the evening, and boat trips around the bay leave directly from the marina. Parking is limited to the perimeter lots, and hotels near the harbour will bring guests and luggage out to meet the driver at the nearest gate.
